Nissan RB26DETT Shim-Less DLC Coated Cam Follower.
KCF-182S have a 6.15mm ‘shim’ thickness for the 182-S and 182-SE camshafts.

6.15mm ‘Shim Thickness’ for 31.42mm base-circle cams.
