We strive to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping timelines, availability, and costs may vary depending on product type, supplier, destination, and current order volume.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping estimates are approximations, not guarantees.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some products may require additional handling time due to sourcing, customization, backorders, or supplier lead times.

If your order requires extended processing time, we may contact you with an updated estimate.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Supplier fulfillment speed

  • Shipping carrier performance

  • Destination

  • External factors (weather, holidays, supply chain delays, etc.)

Estimated shipping windows are provided when available but should be treated as best-effort estimates rather than fixed deadlines.


Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on inventory location or supplier fulfillment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Supplier shipping charges (when applicable)

Rates may change without notice due to carrier pricing adjustments.

Additional Shipping & Handling Charges

Some items may require additional shipping and handling fees due to factors such as oversized dimensions, excess weight, special packaging requirements, freight shipping, drop-shipping from suppliers, or special handling needs.

If additional charges apply, they may be:

  • Calculated at checkout, or

  • Communicated after purchase for approval before fulfillment

We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs when necessary to ensure accurate and fair delivery pricing.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order is handed off to a shipping carrier, delivery timelines are subject to their operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address information

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking or resolving delayed shipments when possible.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order must be reshipped due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier to determine the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or delays outside our control. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times for international shipments can vary significantly.


Policy Flexibility

We reserve the right to update shipping methods, timelines, carriers, or pricing at any time to ensure reliable fulfillment. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
