How do I know if an item I want to purchase is in stock?
A lot of our product listings have stock listed live for you to see, but some items are not apart of this live inventory. That doesn't mean they aren't in stock though, feel free to reach out us for any stock checks!
Can I get a discount on my parts?
Maybe! We always strive to provide the best service and prices to all of our customers. We highly recommend you reach out to one of our sales reps to get access to stock checks, professional help, and the most up to date deals available for your parts. You can also email or call us for this same service!
Is my part covered by a Warranty?
All products sold through our store come with the manufacturer's warranty terms. If you have a problem with a part you purchased through us, just reach out and we'll do our best to take care of you!
Will you sponsor my build?
We are SO glad you asked. Let's talk about the word "sponsored" and how loosely it is thrown around this community. A lot of companies will "sponsor" your build in trade for a small discount on parts, maybe a free shirt and sticker pack in return you become a billboard for their company. We feel this isn't fair to our customers or any consumer. While we appreciate everyone that represents our company whether it be rocking our stickers or tagging us in every post you make on social media - we thank you! That being said, we think all of our customers deserve to have access to the best deals, not just the "sponsored" ones.
Now we are always open to collaborations and bigger projects if it makes sense to both parties, if you have an idea that you want to pursue and you think Graveyard would be interested in sponsoring it, let us know and we will consider it!
Can I return my order?
Unopened, uninstalled auto parts in original packaging are accepted for a return within 7 days of receipt of product. Refunds, in most scenarios, will be reduced by 5% due to the cost of processing fees. If package is open box, or outside of the 7 day return window there will be a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be credited back. No returns allowed after 30 days of receiving of product. Credit will be issued once system is received back and inspected to be in uninstalled / original condition. Virtual products such as a Tune or Tuning License are not eligible for return or refund after delivery in any case. Built to order and Special order items will always require a restocking fee, or in most cases not be eligible for return at all. Previously installed parts are not eligible for refund, and applies to any and all parts sold by Graveyard Performance, LLC.
Is Next Day Shipping available?
We can offer expedited shipping, but quotes can vary greatly, please reach out to us via email sales@graveyardperformance.com with the items you need expedited with your address and we will get you a stock check and shipping quote as quickly as possible, we are very responsive at this email address!
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order ships, tracking will be emailed to the email used on your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Items that are special order or made to order are not eligible for cancellation by default. On case by case terms Graveyard may offer cancellations with a fee applied.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
