MMX Performance x06 Flow Formed MINI Wheels

The MMX X06 Flow Formed MINI Wheels are designed and engineered specifically for the MINI F-Series chassis, a six-spoke motorsport-inspired alloy that combines lightweight performance with aggressive styling. At approximately 9kg per wheel, the X06 represents a meaningful unsprung-mass reduction versus the OEM MINI F-Series alloy, translating directly into sharper handling, quicker acceleration response, and improved ride quality without giving up structural integrity.

The wheels are produced using the Flow Forming process, a manufacturing technique that starts with a cast base and then stretches and compresses the barrel of the wheel under intense heat and pressure. This realigns the aluminium's grain structure, producing a wheel that's significantly lighter and dramatically stronger than a conventional cast wheel. Strength approaches that of a forged wheel while remaining considerably more affordable, and the realigned grain structure improves resistance to impact and stress under demanding driving conditions.

Sized at 18 × 8 inches with an ET44 offset, a 5×112 bolt pattern, and a 66.6mm centre bore, the X06 is a precise direct-fit for the entire MINI F-Series. F54 Clubman, F55/F56 Hatch, F57 Convertible, and F60 Countryman. The 18×8 sizing fills the wheel arches without compromising handling, and the ET44 offset balances the stance for stability and a sporty look. Three finishes are available: deep gloss Black for an aggressive edge, Gunmetal for a modern motorsport look, and Silver for a timeless classic appearance.
