Eventuri Audi C8 RS6 / RS7 Black Carbon Intake System

The Eventuri Audi C8 RS6 / RS7 Black Carbon Intake System is a fully engineered induction upgrade developed to increase airflow efficiency while maintaining smooth, controlled delivery to the twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8. Designed through extensive prototyping, computational airflow analysis, and real-world validation, the system overcomes the packaging constraints of the C8 engine bay while delivering measurable performance improvements and an OEM+ appearance.

One of the primary engineering challenges on the C8 platform is limited hood clearance, which restricts internal airbox volume and inlet geometry. Eventuri addressed this by developing a completely new high-volume airbox architecture that maximizes usable internal space, enlarges the turbo inlet openings, and optimizes filter orientation to create a more direct airflow path. The turbo inlet openings themselves increase cross-sectional area by up to 85%, reducing restriction at one of the most critical sections of the intake system.

Beyond increasing airflow volume, the Eventuri intake focuses on improving airflow quality. Organically contoured internal surfaces and a bespoke rounded panel filter eliminate abrupt directional changes, promoting smoother, more laminar airflow from the filter element to the turbochargers. The result is improved turbocharger efficiency, sharper throttle response, and enhanced performance across both factory and tuned applications.

To complement the increased airflow capacity, Eventuri partnered with BMC Italy to develop a bespoke high-performance panel filter with a large filtration surface area. This custom filter maintains exceptional filtration efficiency while supporting the airflow demands of high-output twin-turbo V8 applications.

Manufactured from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and available in both gloss and matte finishes, the Eventuri Audi C8 RS6 / RS7 Black Carbon Intake System integrates seamlessly into the factory engine bay while delivering the craftsmanship, performance, and fitment expected from Eventuri. Independent dyno testing has demonstrated measurable power gains, with additional improvements realized on tuned vehicles.
