Billetworkz Shifter Plate – Subaru WRX 2015–2025 / Crosstrek 2018+

Shorten your shifts with the Billetworkz Shifter Plate, a direct replacement for the factory transmission shifter plate. Its revised pivot geometry reduces shift throw by 35%, creating shorter, more direct gear changes.

Weighing 935 grams, the plate is slightly heavier than stock to help balance the shorter throw and provide a smooth, controlled shift feel. Precision-machined steel construction and an electroless nickel finish offer durability and corrosion resistance.

Fits Subaru WRX 2015–2026 and Crosstrek 2018+ with manual transmissions. Does not fit Subaru STI models.

Pair it with our Short Shifter for a combined throw reduction of up to 55%, or complete your setup with our Short Throw Shifter Kit.
