Custom Performance Engineering (cp-e) CNC machines this motor mount from billet 6061-series aluminum for a strong and durable performance, stabilizing your Focus's engine rotational movement for many years to come. Unlike standard mounts that place all of the force on the center bushing pin, this mount distributes the load throughout the bushing with the help of CNC lathed aluminum bushing spacers. This process helps increase the overall effective stiffness of the mount under the engine which allows for a lower durometer bushing.

With this specific rear motor mount, cp-e even takes it a step farther by using a 65A durometer bushing made from EPDM (ethylene propylenediene monomer) rubber. The location of the mount on the engine allows for a large amount of heat transferred to the bushing. The EPDM material holds up in higher temperature, not breaking down or failing like standard urethane bushings may experience. EPDM also has a higher density, so your bushing can have a lower durometer rating while maintaining superior reliability and support. This ensures that it will transmit significantly less NVH (noise, vibration & Harshness) value than higher durometer bushings.

Completely made in the USA, cp-e makes sure to include all of the necessary hardware that you'll need to not only install this rear motor mount assembly yourself, but get it done right.
