cp-e has developed one of the largest cores available on the market, 28” x 8.25" x 5.5”! This core uses the bar and plate design to help ensure a high level of efficiency.

The end tank design encloses the core while requiring no cutting, drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle. The cp-e front mount intercooler will mount in the stock location of the 2013-2018 ST while matching up to the stock intercooler piping thanks to laser cut brackets. Piping can be upgraded when the power demands require it, and modified in smaller increments.

The cp-e front mount intercooler includes cast end tanks, which are welded and pressure tested with the core. Hours of design and computer flow diagrams have been put into the tanks’ design to virtually eliminate turbulence. cp-e has minimized turbulence in order to keep the drivability of the car high, while still enlarging the intercooler drastically by designing a smaller end tank that has been designed to direct the air properly into the core for even cooling.
