Testing has shown that a downpipe upgrade is one of the most effective modifications to perform when looking to increase power out of Honda's 2.0L turbo engine.
Our Civic Type-R downpipe is constructed of 304 stainless investment cast openings with smooth transitions from the 3.75" opening, to the 3.5" cat body and finally a 3.0" outlet for optimal flow and fitment while retaining all factory heat shields. Pair this with our 3" Front Pipe piece for optimal exhaust flow and performance!
Our 3", 76mm front pipe is constructed of mandrel bent 16 gauge 304 stainless tubing and 304 stainless 3D CNC ported flanges with smooth transitions for optimal fitment and flow. All pieces are fully back-purged and our front pipe utilizes a reinforced stainless flex section in house.
Customers can mate our front pipe to stock and/or aftermarket exhaust systems that mate up to the front pipe connection!
All kits will include gaskets, stainless hardware, O2 plug and components needed for a seamless installation.
Though we have had good results in the past with our Fabspeed O2 defouler, we CANNOT guarantee that the high-flow cat will keep CELs off unless users turn it off via KTuner or Hondata.
