Tech Tip: For 2017 GT Mustangs manufactured after 9/16, vacuum for the CMCV’s (Charge Motion Control Valves) is no longer picked up from the intake tube. This will require a plug to be used with the unused port/fitting on your new cold air intake tube when installing on all 2017 GT Mustangs built after 9/16 only. The production date on the vehicle (month/year) is located on decal in driver side door jamb.

Keep in mind that JLT Performance only uses the best air filters available. They have them made by S&B to their exacting specifications. S&B's air filters feature a tapered flange design and Powerstack filtered ends. With a huge 5” opening on the tube, JLT Performance needed a huge filter. The result is a gigantic 5”x8” air filter that includes a built-in screen to help straighten airflow as it passes the perfectly placed molded in MAF.
