This Black Front Mount Core Dissipate Intercooler Kit (FDCK00002D) by cp-e uses the bar and plate designed to ensure high efficiency. It encloses the core while also requiring zero cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications. The brackets are laser-cut, allowing the intercooler to mount in the stock location and match up to the stock intercooler piping. This will allow you to upgrade your piping in smaller increments as power demands call for it.

The cast endtanks included with this intercooler (FDCK00002D) are welded and pressure tested with the core. Hours of quality designing have resulted in the virtual elimination of turbulence. These endtanks are designed smaller than normal, which avoids turbo-lag and overall pressure loss, as well as turbulence. Their smaller size maintains the drivability of your Fiesta while enlarging the intercooler. They are designed to properly direct airflow into the core for the most even cooling possible, providing consistent conditions. Once built, the intercooler receives a black coat finish.
